In-person therapy provides a safe and private space for people to discuss their thoughts and feelings with a trained therapist. This type of therapy allows for face-to-face contact and is well suited for those who prefer a more personal and interactive experience.

Virtual therapy allows individuals to receive counselling and support remotely. This may include telephone, interactive video conferencing, email, and/or text messages. With virtual therapy, you no longer have to physically travel to an office. This form of therapy is especially popular with those who travel across Alberta for work.

I am a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. After several years working in research and development as an engineer, I found my passion in psychology, a place where I could apply my skills and creativity in the pursuit of helping individuals and families in need.
